Two decorative curly maple inlays are book-matched and flipped, adding an interesting point of contrast against the richness of the walnut. A smooth round handle keeps the board comfortable and balanced in hand while maintaining a clean, restrained form. The piece is shaped, refined, and finished to a glass-smooth sheen with a food safe hard wax oil.
