A deposit is required to start any custom order. Deposits follow the cancellation and refund terms outlined in the Refund & Return Policy.

Once work has begun or materials have been purchased, custom orders cannot be canceled or altered.

Payment is required at checkout for standard items, and deposits or full payments are required for custom projects as stated during ordering.
